Good communication skills (written as well as verbal)
- Liaison with various functions - finance, purchase, stores, sales and service for day to day activities.
- Sending order acknowledgements to customers.
- Order Booking in MIS File after receiving the order from sales team
- Cross verify order form/ PO with Quotes sent and ensuring compliance of terms as per company’s policy.
- Ensuring goods are ready for dispatch as per deadlines given to customer.

Liaison with customer / sales team for status of their orders, also for payment receipt as per the terms agreed / site readiness / E-way bill before planning for delivery.
- Ensuring payment received as per the agreed payment terms and taking approval from finance before proceeding with dispatch.
- Coordination with Stores / service team / customer / transporter / Mathadi / labour until delivery and installation
- Ensuring dispatch documents are in compliance with Tax rules and as per customer’s purchase order requirements
- Scrutinizing dispatch documentation (Invoice, packing list / delivery challan )shared by stores / with purchase order
- Keeping track of all the shipment dispatched until delivery and installation.
- Ensuring acknowledgements are taken for material delivered and invoice is submitted to concerned person / department as mentioned in purchase order.
- Follow up with sales and customers for recovery of Debtors
- Should be well versed with E- way bill procedure with respect to each state.
- Consolidation of dispatches for orders where deliveries are in same locations.
- Arranging insurance for the shipment and well versed with insurance claim procedures.
- Co-ordinating for all demo activities (dispatch as well as pick up) with customer / finance / sales / service team / transporter / labour.
- Processing vendor bills ( transporter / labour etc )

**INVENTORY MANAGEMENT**
- Monitoring inventory status

(Total stocks / stocks blocked / stocks / under shipment )
- Reconciliation of stocks
- ( Conducting monthly stock audits )

** Vendor payment Processing**

Forwarding & processing the bills with costing as per predetermined formats.

Material Vendor / Transporter / Labour / Commissions payable Processing

**Debtors Follow up**

**MIS REPORTS**
- Delivery to customer tracker
- Outbound freight Analysis
- Pending Orders status report
- Weekly Free stock report to be shared with Sales Team.
- Weekly MIS report to be shared with management

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- Additional Certificate in logistics will be an added advantage
- Well versed with Tally ERP and MS Office.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- One to Two years of experience in similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
