We are a mobile game company focused on creating fun and engaging games that captivate our users. We are looking for an Ad Operations Executive to join our team.

**Experience: 0-1 year**

**Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)**

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Ad Operations Executive. The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the Ad Operations team and manage all web, mobile, and App campaigns to help maximize revenues.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Optimization of Ad campaigns across multiple platforms under supervision.
- Working with the Ad monetization team to identify and advance any opportunities to improve the performance of campaigns.
- Assisting senior Ad operations executives to monitor overall campaign delivery and team performance.
- Coordinate with various in-house teams and external partners.
- Resolving Customer Queries while displaying deep industry knowledge.
- Building a knowledge base and Canned Responses for common queries.
- Troubleshooting the ad units and websites for appropriate ad serving.
- Working on day-to-day reporting to track the performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers can apply
- Any graduate, B. Com, B.A, BBA can apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
- Interest in digital advertising campaigns
- Analytical mindset with good communication, interpersonal capabilities, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive attitude to anticipate issues and take preventive measures.
- Good attitude with motivation to learn

- Content Management & Content Strategy
- Google Ads

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
