**About Us**:
AD Interio, a reputable architecture and interior design firm, is seeking an experienced Draftsman / Site Supervisor(Civil) for our Dehradun office.

We're looking for a **skilled Draftsman / Site Supervisor(Civil)** to oversee the execution of our projects in Dehradun. As a Draftsman / Site Supervisor(Civil), you will be responsible for:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review detailed EPM drawings and designs using AutoCAD
- Supervise site operations, including managing labor, materials, and equipment
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards
- Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve defects or issues
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including site diaries, progress reports, and defect lists

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, with experience in creating detailed EPM drawings and designs
- Strong knowledge of EPM systems, including codes, standards, and regulations
- Ability to create detailed EPM drawings, including:

- Electrical drawings: single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and electrical plans
- Plumbing drawings: piping layouts, water supply systems, and drainage systems
- Mechanical drawings: HVAC systems, ductwork layouts, and mechanical equipment installations
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising site operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders
