**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Civil Foreman** to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to site labor.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to construction drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
- Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
- Keep records of work performed, materials used, and labor attendance.
- Inspect work to ensure standards of quality are met.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions promptly.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings regularly.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and procedures.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices at construction sites.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,577.51 - ₹38,147.57 per month
