**US NON-IT RECRUITER (NIGHT SHIFT)**

**Profile Briefing**:
The Recruiter will obtain leads through cold calling, company-generated leads, job portals, company database, referrals, social media, etc. The Recruiter will provide a high level of proactive and consultative support to internal stakeholders.

**Precise Information**:

- Title: US Non-IT Recruiter (Night Shift)
- No. of Vacancies: 2
- Location: Ahmedabad
- Salary & Compensation: Competitive and high in the industry
- Shift: US |Monday to Friday | (06:30 PM to 03:30 AM)
- Desired Experience Range: 6+ months to 2 years of relevant experience

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Experience in recruiting of a variety of Non-IT Professionals like Warehouse Associates, Machine Operators, Technicians, Drivers etc. in USA.

- Able to utilize a wide variety of employment marketplaces, resume databases, social networks, referrals, and current ATS for sourcing methods.
- Collaborate with and assist the team as and when needed.
