Hardware maintenance, software, networking, etc.. Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles;
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Monitor networks to ensure security
- Evaluate and modify the system’s performance
- Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations
- Perform network address assignment
- Administer desktop computers, printers, switches, software deployment, security updates, and patches
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
- Help create technical documentation and manuals
- Maintain computer name and IP address
- Maintain hardware peripheral in stock
- Maintain computer asset details
- Maintain the IT bay should be neat
- Maintain all the systems, switches, and server should be clean
- Do not share the IT information to the anyone

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
