**Senior Estimation Executive for HVAC (Heat Ventilation & Air Conditioning) Work.**

1.Should have knowledge in Ducted system, VRF, Chillers, Ventilation.

2.Being able to coordinate/ develop Client, PMC, Architect and Consultant.

3.Estimation, costing and preparation of commercial quotations.

4.Coordinate with design/ projects team.

5.Approval of technical submits and working drawings from client or consultants.

**Qualifications and Skills required are -**

1.Ability to read, understand and calculate Heat Load, Specifications, BOQ, Drawings, Etc.

2.Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point.

3.Ability to design HVAC System at Sales stage, preparing BOQ.

4.Ability to communicate/ develop vendors, contractors.

5.Ability to quote, negotiate and close contracts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month
