**Job Title**: Inside Sales/Lead Gen Executive

**Education**:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field

**Experience**:1 year to 3 years

**Responsibilities**:
Market Research, Lead Generation, sales coordination & Database management
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the Infozech solution will speak to those needs. Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
- Work with the Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals. Route qualified opportunities to the sales team for further developments and closure
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Maintain and expand database of prospects.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in ZOHO, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. No hesitation in calling up foreigners.
- Experience working with ZOHO or similar CRM SYSTEMS
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Should have an idea about lead generation/ Sales process.
- 1-3 years of International sales/ telemarketing and/or inside sales experience.

Added advantage if you have won some debates, recitation competition or worked in a call center.
