Job Description: Telecalling Executive - Digital Marketing (Male Preferred)

Position: Telecalling Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Telecalling**:Conduct calls to potential customers to promote digital marketing services and explain services, packages, and benefits effectively.

**Client Visits**: Visit clients to present the company’s services when necessary.

**Lead Management**:Identify and qualify leads to drive sales opportunities.

Maintain an accurate database of client interactions and feedback.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Resolve concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with the digital marketing team to align strategies with sales efforts. Share client insights and suggestions to enhance marketing campaigns.

**Target Achievement**:Meet or exceed monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

Contribute to the overall success of the digital marketing team by driving revenue growth.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualification**:Bachelor’s degree preferred.

**Experience**:0-1 years in Telecalling, sales, or a client-facing role.

**Skills**:
l Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

l Proficiency in English and Tamil (Hindi - Added advantage).

l Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.

l Persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

l Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

l Ability to handle both telephonic and in-person client interactions.

l Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

**Other Requirements**:
l Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
