Location: Kolkata (Hybrid, with frequent travel to Kolkata required)

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify and rectify data issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data governance standards are met across the organization.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on data governance and quality best practices.
- Monitor data usage and compliance with data governance policies.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to data governance and quality processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in data governance and data quality management, preferably in the banking sector.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in data governance or data quality management is a plus.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
