Job Description**:Sales Manager Projects**

**Position Title**: Sales Manager Projects - Hardware Setup and Industry Infrastructure

**Department**: Government Sales

**Location**: Kolkata

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for hardware infrastructure and industry infrastructure projects.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the government sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of hardware infrastructure projects, including CCTV installation, LAN setup, and basic data center setups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery within budget.
- Utilize government bid portals to identify relevant tenders and RFPs (Request for Proposals).
- Prepare and submit comprehensive and competitive bid proposals that comply with government requirements.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of CCTV surveillance projects, Smart City Projects ,Hardware & Networking ,LAN setup, and basic data center setups, including firewalls and switches in Government sector.
- Provide technical guidance and solutions to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Conduct site assessments and develop customized infrastructure solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CCNA) is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Government sales and project management within the hardware and infrastructure as industry as concern.
- Proven track record of managing government bids and tenders.

**Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of government procurement processes and bid portals.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
