**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**: Maintain and update records of payments, pending dues, and communicate outstanding balances with parents.
- **Follow-ups**: Ensure consistent follow-ups with parents regarding fee payments, and send reminders as necessary.
- **Resolve Queries**: Address and resolve any concerns or queries raised by parents related to payments, payment methods, and fee structures.
- **Payment Tracking**: Track payment statuses and ensure that records are accurately entered into the system.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate documentation for all communications and transactions related to fee collection.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports to management on payment status, overdue accounts, and collection efforts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the finance and customer support teams to ensure seamless coordination for fee collection processes.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain a positive relationship with parents to ensure continued satisfaction and future payment compliance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or collections, preferably in the EdTech or educational sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts amicably.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, patience, and persistence.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration).
- Prior experience in collections or accounts receivable is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
