We are currently seeking a Content Editor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Build and publish content in our CMS platforms (AEM & Hybris)
- Use Adobe Target to setup A/B tests
- Support designers to present complex information in a smart, personal and simple way
- Continuous optimisation, improvement and maintenance of content and copy
- Understand and support the creation of customer journeys to identify pain points and user needs
- Ensure governance and compliance of your content
- Create accessible content by following the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Use a proper page structure and SEO informed
- Have experience in using automated accessibility testing tools, such as Wave

**Job Requirement**:

- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to write and structure content clearly
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of agile practices
- A keen understanding of SEO practices
- Experience in negotiating and influencing others including peer groups and those in senior positions
- Experience of evaluating and analysing information and data to propose improvements to content to ensure users' needs are met
- Writing, copy editing, and proofreading experience
- CMS knowledge (Good to have)
- Accessibility Guidelines (Good to have)
