**Role - Content Editor**

LeadSquared is a Sales, Marketing and Operations Automation + CRM platform helping 2000+ organizations globally to drive sales efficiency at scale. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Content Editor to join our marketing team. As a Content Editor, you will play a crucial role in shaping our content strategy and ensuring that all content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our brand voice. You will work closely with content creators, marketers, and product teams to create high-quality, **product-led content** that resonates with our audience.

**Responsibilities**
- Review, edit, and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency. Ensure all content adheres to our brand guidelines and is high-quality.
- Fill knowledge gaps wherever needed. This is one of the most important responsibilities of this role, and you’ll have to understand the topics inside out to do so.
- Ensure the website content is optimized for search engines, focusing on keyword integration, meta descriptions, and internal linking strategies.
- Identify questions our audience may have and work with the team to create content that addresses these gaps, ensuring that our content library is comprehensive and valuable to our target audience.
- Ensure that the value and benefits of our products are clearly communicated in all content. Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to accurately represent the features and advantages of our SaaS solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and other team members to ensure content is visually appealing and aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor content performance metrics and provide insights to improve future content strategies. Use analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of content and make data-driven recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent research capabilities to fill knowledge gaps.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Grammarly, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms is a plus.
