- Conduct thorough ledger scrutiny to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare and file GST-1, GST 3B, and other required returns in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST regulations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle TDS provisions, including deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Utilize accounting software effectively to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
- Generate financial analysis reports as required by management.
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ledger scrutiny principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with GST-1, GST 3B, and other GST filings.
- Familiarity with TDS provisions and experience in TDS compliance.
- Proficiency in at least one ERP based accounting software (e.g., Tally)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
