The F&B Controller at Seven Seas Hotel is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up to date. This role involves maintaining budget controls, monitoring costs, analyzing financial performance, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize profitability while maintaining high service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Monitoring & Reporting**: Prepare and maintain regular financial reports for the F&B department, including cost of goods sold (COGS), revenue, profit margins, and budget variance.
- **Cost Control**: Track inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and analyze wastage, theft, and spoilage. Ensure efficient cost control practices are adhered to in all F&B operations.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Assist in preparing annual F&B budgets and forecasts, closely monitoring actual performance against the budget. Provide insights and suggestions for corrective actions when necessary.
- **Pricing & Menu Analysis**: Conduct regular pricing reviews and cost analysis on menus and special promotions, ensuring they align with profitability goals.
- **Internal Controls & Compliance**: Implement and ensure compliance with all internal control procedures to protect assets, maintain accuracy, and prevent fraud.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the F&B team, purchasing department, and senior management to ensure smooth financial operations.
- **Audit & Documentation**: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all financial transactions are well documented and comply with company standards.
- **Financial Strategy & Improvement**: Identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency in the F&B department.
- **Training & Development**: Provide financial training to the F&B staff, helping them understand cost control, budgeting, and reporting processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an F&B Controller or in a similar financial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and inventory management.
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Experience with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,429.27 - ₹58,173.00 per month
