Job Description Global Reporting, Tools & Analytics (GRA) is part of the Global Consumer Business Operational Risk & Control (CBORC) organization, which supports Personal Banking Wealth Management by creating and implementing methodologies to measure and escalate Operational Risk. CBORC is a First Line of Defense Control function that aids in the assessment of risk evaluation for Consumer Banking. The team develops and maintains reports and tools, and the team is responsible for leading transformational Control projects and automation efforts across Global Consumer Banking. The individual in this role will report to the Global CBORC Analytics Program Group Manager. The team is responsible for the management, oversight, and implementation of global projects that enhance CBORC’s ability to proactively detect, measure and manage Operational Risk and other functions as needed. This role requires an individual with a strong desire to work in a fast pace, agile and dynamic environment where priorities and expectations change. **K ey Responsibility Overview**: The person in this role will be responsible for organizing and analyzing large amounts of data to proactively identify potential risks to the firm and make recommendations that influence the decisions of key business partners. They will identify relevant data sources and sets to mine for client business needs, and collect large structured and unstructured datasets and variables. They will leverage Language Processing and Machine Learning techniques to connect data sets and reveal insights hidden within large volumes of numeric and textual data. **Additional Responsibilities Include**: Work with technology partners to develop Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning algorithms used to identify pervasive risks Develop tools and dashboards which allow end users to easily interpret algorithm outputs Assist in building a 1st Line of Defense risk analytics program to incorporate NLP results into key reporting and control forums Partner with functional teams to create a path to success - tasks, milestones Provide transparency to group manager through regular updates on project status and blockers that may impact key milestones and delivery dates Evaluates efficiency of existing functions and assists with supporting processes that drive improvements Assists with Managing Adoption Strategies to ensure ROI Identify blockers and manage dependencies Ensure Project plans, implementations, and new builds are Audit-Ready Job Skills/Qualifications 2-6 years relevant experience in business and data analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform under pressure Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Ability to function independently Basic understanding of process engineering strategies, and process development Basic understanding of big data platforms and computerized text analysis Education Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience -------------------------------------------- - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management -------------------------------------------- - **Job Family**: Operational Risk ------------------------------------------------- - **Time Type**: Full time ------------------------------------------------- - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
