**Job Duties & responsibilities**
- Coordination with multiple units to obtain Assessment / other Tax related particulars
- Sound Knowledge of Current Tax and Defer Tax Provisions, MAT etc
- Sound Knowledge of Provisons of IT Act applicable to company tax requirements
- Tax Audit Finalisation.
- Ensure full compliance of all Income tax related statues in India and Abroad.
- Ensure accurate, timely filling of all Income Tax related to Company / Family
- Independently handle all Assessment procedure
- Review and form independent views on Tax issues of Company / Individuals based on Opinion of Tax advisors
- Record keeping of all Tax fillings
- Review of Income tax liability of Related party and unrelated party transactions
- Review of Tax Deductions under various sections, across Company / Firms especially obtaining exemptions on R&D Expenses.
- Research Complex Tax issues - especially relating to Subsidiaries/ Related party transactions
- Review of Activities having Tax Exemptions ie R & D : New undertaking : Etc

**Required Experience**
- At least 20 years experience
- Experience in Representing before Tax Authorities
- Experience in Managing Tax issues of Companies /Firms / Individuals
- Working knowledge of Tax Treaties / UAPA/BAPA etc
- Strong Computer Software skills

**Education / Preferred Qualifications**
- Chartered Accountant
- In Direct tax Field of a Corporate / with large firms for 10Year +
- Knowledge of MS office, SAP and other computer packages

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Good Knowledge of Tax Accounting and Tax Compliance
- Experience in Dealing with Large complex Assessments
- Good Communication and Inter personnel skills
- Advanced Excel and Other Software Skills
- Experience in Indian AS / other AS
- Unquestionable Ethics and Integrity

**Salary**: Up to ₹10,000,000.00 per year
