**Roles and Responsibilities**

We are hiring for Fresher/ Experience at Guntur

Qualification : Min. ITI - Preferred: Fitter, Electrical. Any ITI is acceptable.

Location : Guntur

Qualification : With Experience : 0 -2 years

Salary : 1.00 CTC to 1.50 CTC

Job Position :Feeding Operator
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Get Customer specification for the run
- Handing over and taking over of activities from the previous shift
- Coordinate with feeder for throughput of the product (Chilli, Turmeric, blended, Corinder)
- Collect the RM materials from RM store and place them in feeding section
- Scan the RM barcode of each RM Bag, account of no. of bags feeding in hour variety wise.
- Check run previous setting
- Set the setting for the Pre cut mill and accessories such as back filter / setting to be
approved by shift I/c (line I/c)
- Motor speed / mill sieve / fan damper setting
- Ensure target throughput in the shift
- Feeding ratio monitoring as per the shift plan
- Check physical appearance of product and need to feed according to levels of RM into the
bins.
- Machine programming during change over and based on need
- Participate in technical support and assist validation and QA function during equipment
validation
- Change sieves, cleaning, replace rollers, and other machine parts
- Check screw conveyors and do preventive maintenance
- Take corrective measure in case of breakdown, first try to do trouble shooting by self and if
it is beyond the scope take the help of Maintenance Technician
