Grinding Operator

**Roles and Responsibilities**

We are hiring for Grinding Operator at Guntur

Qualification: Min. Diploma Mechanical /Electrical / ITI Fitter / Electrical

Location Guntur

Experience : Experience: Min. 1 Yr. in Factory operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
- Get Customer specification for the run
- Handing over and taking over of activities from the previous shift
- Coordinate with feeder for throughput of the product (Chilli, Turmeric, blended, Corinder)
- Instruct the packing operator based on the volume available in the silos
- Check run previous setting
- Set the setting for the grinding mill and accessories such as back filter / fan/vibro shifter etc.
for current run, setting to be approved by shift I/c (line I/c)
- Motor speed / Vibro Shifter sieves/ mill sieve / fan damper setting
- Ensure target throughput in the shift
- Blend ratio monitoring as per the shift plan
- Inspect and measure spices grinding using measuring instrument for conformance of
specifications
- Product quality check in the processing line not limiting to grinding area
- Examine granulation every 2 hrs to verify consistency of grinding
- Check physical appearance of product
- Machine programming during change over and based on need
- Participate in technical support and assist validation and QA function during equipment
validation
- Change sieves, cleaning, replace rollers, shifters and other machine parts
