- Training and Instructional Design: Proficiency in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and engage learners at all levels of the organization.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
