**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN WORK IN FIXED NIGHT SHIFT. (8 p.m. to 5 a.m.)**

POINT DROP WILL BE AVAILABLE.

Only females can apply.

Female freshers are considered for this profile.

Working days
- Monday to Friday (sat-sun fixed off)

English Communication is a must.

Salary range**:14,000-17,000 INR**

**Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in a start-up environment and can take responsibility for growing himself and the organization.
- We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can take ownership of their work to get the end result.
- With quick learning ability, a team player can handle pressure and work in a target-based environment.
- Good communication in the English language, both verbal and written.

**Job role**:

- You'd directly work with the Operational Manager.
- You'd provide training and development to our newly joined employees who are working as US IT Recruiters.
- Provide the benefits and let them know about the company's branding.
- Provide the training and placement solution and the information on paid consulting services to them.
- Get them closed with the company's services for employment program.
- Get multiple follow-up calls and convince them to close the deal to bring in revenue.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
- High energy and passion.
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
