Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven MENA Regional Marketing Executive to join our team.. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth within the B2B Ecommerce sector.
This role will form part of our EMEA marketing team based in Pune and has responsibility for developing and delivering marketing campaigns to help grow awareness and pipeline across the MENA region. You will focus on generating awareness and sales leads with an analytical ABM-led marketing approach, aligning with the strategy used throughout the rest of EMEA.
Your responsibility will be to identify and engage prospective brands across MENA with a primary focus on UAE and KSA, with a keen focus on expanding our activity across the region. You will also play a key part in supporting wider global marketing initiatives. We’re looking for an ambitious self-starter with strong creative and analytical skills and a commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the MENA B2B Ecommerce landscape.
- Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and buying patterns specific to the region.
Content Creation and Localization:
- Oversee the localization of global marketing materials to ensure resonance with the MENA audience.
Partnership Development:
- Identify and forge partnerships with relevant industry associations, influencers, and key players in the MENA region to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition, focusing on high-potential industries and segments in the B2B Ecommerce sector.
Event and Tradeshow Planning:
- Plan and coordinate regional events, tradeshows, and conferences to increase brand presence and facilitate networking opportunities within the MENA market.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using key metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, with recommendations for optimizations.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in regional marketing, preferably within the B2B Ecommerce sector.
- Strong understanding of the MENA market dynamics, business culture, and consumer behaviour.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and [Arabic, if applicable].
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
