Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**: Handle both internal and external recruitment processes.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed on IT industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual recruitment reports to the leadership.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in IT recruitment, specializing in domestic hiring.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong knowledge of technical roles, tools, and technologies.
- **Database Experience**: Familiarity with recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Work Style**: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in both **contract** and **permanent hiring**.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Certifications in Recruitment will be an added advantage.
