**Account Executive**
ElevateHQ is growing fast; so is the market that we operate in. We are looking for someone who can hustle and find business opportunities in this environment of hypergrowth.

There’s no cap on incentives, and quotas are set realistically. A great comp plan is something we take pride in; and you will find strong support from the entire team in making you successful.

**Responsibilities**:

- Always be hustling
- Create & execute business plan to attain sales quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a
- deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn
- them into long-term partnerships
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and
- meet their needs
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven experience as an Account Executive, SDR or similar
- sales/BD role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Deep understanding of CRMs is required
- Understanding of Accounting / ERP / Billing software is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build
- relationships
- Having strong social media engagement (LinkedIn, Twitter) is a
- big plus

**Salary**: ₹108,333.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
