**Job Description: Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Position: Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Campaign Management**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital campaigns with overall marketing strategies and platform objectives.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
- Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- **SEO and SEM**:

- Implement SEO strategies to improve the platform's visibility on search engines and drive organic traffic.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify trends and insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**:

- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to optimize landing pages and user journeys for better conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
- **Influencer Marketing**:

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to expand the platform's reach and engage new audiences.
- Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the tech or video content industry.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen understanding of the latest digital marketing trends.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,213.34 - ₹8,244.86 per month
