**Service Advisor**

**Location**: Pala, Kanirappilly, Kattapana, Vaikom
**Salary**: Based on experience
**Gender**: Male

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the service team.
- Understand customer vehicle issues, recommend appropriate services, and provide clear explanations.
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring timely completion of all work.
- Inspect vehicles to determine necessary repairs and maintenance services.
- Provide customers with accurate service estimates and obtain approval for required services.
- Monitor vehicle repair progress, ensure high-quality work, and communicate updates to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- BE/BTech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or Polytech Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile.
- Strong knowledge of automotive services and repairs.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of service scheduling software and repair documentation is a plus.
