**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented **Service Advisor** to join our team As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding service experience by understanding customer needs, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the service process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and actively listen to their service needs and concerns
- Provide accurate information about services, timelines, and costs
- Prepare work orders and service estimates
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Keep customers informed of service progress and any changes
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing exceptional service
- Maintain records of services and follow up with customers as needed

Pay: ₹9,303.89 - ₹24,141.54 per month
