**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers promptly and courteously.
- Listen to customers’ concerns about their vehicles and accurately document them.
- Provide information about service options, costs, and timelines clearly and effectively.
- Manage customer expectations regarding repair times and anticipated delays.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
