Are you confident on the phone and enjoy talking to people? Join us as a Telecalling Intern and gain hands-on experience in client communication, lead follow-ups, and sales support. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or students who want to build their career in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
What you’ll do:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services in a clear, polite manner.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide accurate information.
- Research, identify, and update leads in Excel/Google Sheets with proper follow-up tracking.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team by qualifying leads.
- Maintain daily call logs, notes, and reports for management review.
- Use creative communication strategies to build trust and engagement with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to improve customer reach and conversion.
