We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Repair & Maintenance Operative to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the maintenance operations of the properties, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations with mainly focused on vendors/contractors’ coordination as and when needed.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance requests and minimize disruptions to guests.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Manage the budget for maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
- Stay updated on complaints/issues raised by occupants & housekeeping staff & come up with resolutions on his own part.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in properties maintenance management.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in maintenance management is a plus. Valid Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) is a plus.
- Proven experience in hotel/property maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems and maintenance management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
