We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electro-mechanical systems and equipment. This role involves working with electrical and mechanical components, reading technical diagrams, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues using testing equipment and tools.- Conduct diagnosis through troubleshooting to find out the cause of failure.- Undertake repairs related to electronics & mechanical components as per the written- instructions and procedures.- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.- Maintain a clean and safe work area.- Ensure serviceability and calibration of measuring instruments and gauges.- Perform system level testing of electro optics products.- Ensure proper documentation and report generation.- Maintain stock of finished products, spares, assembly/testing tools to meet customer requirements.- Flexible to take service calls & visit customer locations for field support.- Quality Control for mechanical / electronic components & processes.- Working knowledge on testing of PCBs / electrical systems is desirable.- IQC of mechanical parts, PCBs, Cables and electronic accessories (batteries,- chargers, adapters) and inspection report generation.-- Record and report system performance, repairs, and maintenance activities.- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment.Qualifications and Skills- Education: Diploma or degree in Electronics / Mechanical Technology/ Mechatronics, or related field.- Experience: 2+ years in electro-mechanical maintenance or related roles.- Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.- Soft Skills:- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Good communication and teamwork abilities.- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
