We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electro-mechanical systems and equipment. This role involves working with electrical and mechanical components, reading technical diagrams, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues using testing equipment and tools.Conduct diagnosis through troubleshooting to find out the cause of failure.Undertake repairs related to electronics & mechanical components as per the writteninstructions and procedures.Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Ensure serviceability and calibration of measuring instruments and gauges.Perform system level testing of electro optics products.Ensure proper documentation and report generation.Maintain stock of finished products, spares, assembly/testing tools to meet customer requirements. Flexible to take service calls & visit customer locations for field support.Quality Control for mechanical / electronic components & processes.Working knowledge on testing of PCBs / electrical systems is desirable.IQC of mechanical parts, PCBs, Cables and electronic accessories (batteries,chargers, adapters) and inspection report generation.Record and report system performance, repairs, and maintenance activities.Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment.Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Diploma or degree in Electronics / Mechanical Technology/ Mechatronics, or related field.Experience: 2+ years in electro-mechanical maintenance or related roles.Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
