*Job Summary:*

The Motor & Controller Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric motors and controllers. This role is critical in ensuring that the fleet’s electric vehicles are maintained and repaired efficiently.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Diagnose and repair electric motors and controllers used in electric vehicles.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and address issues related to electric components.
- Collaborate with the fleet management team to ensure mínimal downtime for vehicles.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and parts used.
- Follow safety protocols while handling electric motors and related equipment.
- Work with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of necessary parts and components.

*Requirements:*
- ITI/Diploma in electrical or electronics engineering or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in electric motor and controller repair.
- Knowledge of electric vehicle components and repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
