**Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer - Panels, Circuits, PLC & Drives**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop **electrical control panels** in compliance with applicable standards (e.g., IEC, UL, NEC).
- Create and interpret detailed **electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and wiring layouts**.
- Program and troubleshoot **PLCs** (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.) and integrate them with HMIs and SCADA systems.
- Configure, calibrate, and maintain **VFDs and servo drives** from major brands (ABB, Siemens, Schneider, etc.).
- Collaborate with mechanical and automation teams on new equipment development and system upgrades.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians on control system architecture and electrical troubleshooting.
- Perform **on-site commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting** of automation systems.
- Ensure all designs meet safety, quality, and reliability standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation for electrical deliverables.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for component selection and panel fabrication.
- Drive improvements in energy efficiency, reliability, and process control.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in **control panel design, circuit development, PLC programming, and drive system integration**.
- Strong knowledge of **PLC platforms** such as Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Mitsubishi, or Omron.
- In-depth experience with **motor control systems**, including AC/DC drives, VFDs, and soft starters.
- Proficiency in **electrical CAD software** (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar).
- Familiarity with **industrial communication protocols** (Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site commissioning or support.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
