**Job Title: Expert Panelist for Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI Interviews**

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct remote technical interviews for Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI roles.
- Provide structured feedback and ratings based on the interview.
- Collaborate with our hiring team to refine evaluation processes.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Generative AI-related roles.
- Hands-on experience in deploying AI/ML models or working with large datasets.
- Strong understanding of Gen AI models like GPT, BERT, or Stable Diffusion.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Data Science tools: Python (Pandas, Jump, Matplotlib), R, SQL, or cloud-based analytics tools.
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, or fine-tuning pre-trained models.
- Familiarity with MLOps, deployment pipelines, or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
- Prior experience in interviewing or mentoring professionals is preferred.
