Are you a creative thinker with expertise in using AI tools to generate high-quality, engaging content? We are looking for a freelance professional to work on an assignment basis to create compelling soft skills content using AI technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create content on various soft skills topics (e.g., communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and teamwork) using AI tools.
- Design engaging materials like articles, scripts, quizzes, worksheets, and infographics.
- Develop and optimize prompts to produce specific and high-quality AI-generated outputs.
- Edit, refine, and structure AI-generated content to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate to ensure content aligns with our brand tone and instructional design goals.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in using AI content generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Writesonic, etc.).
- Strong ability to craft and optimize prompts to generate desired outputs from AI systems.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills to enhance AI-generated content.
- Understanding of soft skills concepts and the ability to present them in an engaging manner.
- Experience with designing learning materials like quizzes, exercises, and playbooks.
- Knowledge of tools for creating infographics and visuals (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar).

**Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with instructional design and e-learning content creation.
- Basic understanding of AI-driven tools for video and audio content creation (e.g., Pictory, Synthesia).
- Ability to research and incorporate current trends in soft skills training.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A self-starter who can work independently and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating educational content.
- Flexibility to handle assignments on a per-project basis.

**Compensation**
- Pay will be on an assignment basis, depending on the scope and complexity of each project.
