Tele caller Executive Job Description
We are searching for a Tele caller to expand sales by reaching out to existing and possible clients.
To this end, the Tele caller will need to obtain lists of individuals’ information and source data for additional target audience members.
You should also note down important points during conversations to facilitate follow-ups by our staff.
To be successful as a Tele caller, you should convince even the most challenging people to purchase our services.
An extraordinary Tele caller will recommend ways in which patients’ feedback can be utilized to enhance our services.
Responsibilities of Tele caller:
Studying the aspects of each service and remaining abreast of updates to these services.
Obtaining and updating records of patients’ contact details.
Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of services and treatments.
Approaching clients’ questions, complaints, and suggestions on time.
Noting significant points of each conversation.
Tele caller Requirements:
Graduate or Bachelor degree in the related field.
Previous experience as a Tele caller or similar.
Computer literate.
Exposure to diverse perspectives, cultural norms, and experiences.
Superb verbal communication.
Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
Excellent interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
