**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:
Develop visually appealing and engaging content, including reels, short-form videos, and animations, that align with the brand's objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content requirements and deliver high-quality visual assets.

**Graphic Design**:
Create compelling and on-brand graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency in style and messaging.

Design marketing materials, social media visuals, and other promotional content.

**Video Editing**:
Edit and enhance video content to create polished and professional finished products.

Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and other elements to elevate the overall video quality.

**Motion Graphics**:
Develop visually engaging creatives and aesthetically pleasing animations and graphics that bring static graphics and concepts to life.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and goals.

Collaborate with copywriters, marketing strategists, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.

**Brand Consistency**:
Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

Provide input on evolving and enhancing brand visuals.

**Software Proficiency**:
Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) Stay updated on the latest design and video editing software/tools.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in graphic design, visual arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation, short-form videos, video editing, and animations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Creativity, innovation, and ability to think critically to create visually captivating and dynamic visual content.
- Understanding of social media trends and platforms.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for music, art, and multimedia technologies.
- Knowledge of motion graphics software, video editing, and animation tools.

**Job Type**: Full-time (Onsite)

**Salary**: 4-6 LPA

**Timings**:Mon - Fri 10.00 am - 6:00 pm,

**Location**: Mapusa Goa

**Experience**: 4-5 years (**Preferred**)
