**Position: Field Sales Associate**

**Location**: Pune

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Overview**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Conduct regular visits to dentist offices, dealerships, pharmacies, institutions, housing societies, and malls to promote our brand and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at each location visited.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate product features and benefits effectively to potential customers.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to specific locations and customer segments.
- Assist in setting up and managing our brand kiosks at various malls to showcase our products and generate sales leads.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience in field sales or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customer groups.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
