**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Calling & Communication**
- Handle **incoming and outgoing calls** professionally.
- Provide information, resolve queries, and assist customers with required details.
- Make follow-up calls for leads, appointments, and ongoing services.
- Maintain polite, clear, and service-oriented communication at all times.
**2. WhatsApp Handling**
- Manage **daily incoming WhatsApp messages** from clients.
- Respond promptly with correct information, templates, and updates.
- Maintain WhatsApp business labels for proper lead tracking.
- Share required documents, price lists, photos, and other requested details.
**3. Data Entry**
- Enter customer details, inquiries, and call summaries into the system.
- Maintain neat, accurate, and updated records.
- Ensure all communication and follow-ups are logged properly.
**4. CRM Management**
- Update and maintain leads on the CRM.
- Track lead stages (new, follow-up, closed, not interested, etc.).
- Schedule reminders and follow-up calls using CRM tools.
- Generate basic reports as required by the management.
**5. Front Desk Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and assist walk-in clients.
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and order.
- Coordinate with internal teams for appointments and updates.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
