**Safety Program Development**:
- Plan and implement Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and programs.
- Review and update existing safety policies and procedures regularly.
- Identify all safety requirements at all plants and ensure safe working conditions for all employees.
- **Compliance and Inspection**:
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce preventative measures.
- Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations, determining their causes.
- **Training and Education**:
- Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics.
- Prepare and conduct educational seminars and webinars regularly.
- Work with HR to set up a new employee onboarding process focused on safety.
- **Safety Monitoring**:
- Ensure all CCTV systems are maintained and operational, monitoring plant activities.
- Check if all employees are acting in adherence to safety rules and regulations.
- **Incident Management**:
- Conduct thorough investigations of workplace accidents and incidents.
- Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions to prevent future issues.
- Oversee workplace repairs, installations, and any work that could impact employee safety.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate safety practices.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports on safety performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Communicate safety policies to employees and address any safety concerns or suggestions.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
