**General Cleaning**
- **Floor Maintenance**:

- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming sales floors, backrooms, and break areas.
- Polishing or deep-cleaning floors as required.
- **Dusting and Wiping Surfaces**:

- Cleaning display shelves, counters, and product displays.
- Wiping down mirrors, glass surfaces, and windows.
- **Restroom Hygiene**:

- Regular cleaning and disinfecting of restrooms.
- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
- **Trash Disposal**:

- Emptying trash bins regularly from all areas, including break rooms and sales floors.
- Recycling where applicable.

**Organizational Tasks**
- **Merchandising Area Maintenance**:

- Keeping shelves and displays tidy and free of clutter.
- Organizing products and ensuring that misplaced items are returned to their proper locations.
- **Backroom Organization**:

- Maintaining a clean and orderly storage area.
- Safely organizing inventory to avoid hazards.

**Customer-Facing Areas**
- **Entrance and Checkout Areas**:

- Ensuring the entryway is clean and welcoming.
- Keeping checkout counters organized and clutter-free.
- **Fitting Rooms**:

- Regularly checking and cleaning fitting rooms.
- Removing items left behind by customers.

**Safety and Compliance**
- **Hazard Management**:

- Cleaning up spills promptly to prevent slips and falls.
- Ensuring walkways are clear of obstructions.
- **Compliance with Standards**:

- Adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Using appropriate cleaning products and equipment.

**Stock and Display Maintenance**
- Ensuring product displays are free of dust or dirt.
- Cleaning promotional materials or signage when necessary.

**Team Collaboration**
- Communicating with other staff about areas needing attention.
- Assisting in maintaining a schedule for regular cleaning tasks.

By maintaining high housekeeping standards, retail stores create a more pleasant and professional environment for customers and employees alike.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
