We are currently seeking a dedicated employee to join our team at our Mulund location. If you hold a Bachelor degree or any other degree and are eager to contribute to our inclusive learning environment, we want to hear from you

Skills Required:
Bachelor or any other degree is a must
Must have past experience in the Admin field
He needs to be on rounds constantly to supervise the work of his staff at all remote areas.
Ensure that all House Keeping material is procured & allotted to staff on time.
Maintaining control over the stock & making timely requisition for fresh stock such that there is no compromise on the quality of work due to non-availability of resources.
He has to arrange for Monthly training sessions on proper use of cleaning liquids & other equipments.
Ensuring that Housekeeping staff reports to their duty on time & arranging for suitable substitution in case of absentees.
Maintaining Attendance Records & Leave Records of staff.
Making all necessary arrangements during school functions.
He needs to plan for the deep cleaning activity & ensure that it is done as per Calendar schedule.
He has to refer to the Washroom Cleanliness Checklist provided in the House Keeping SOP.
To Report 30 minutes before duty timings wearing correct Uniform and Name tags.
To attend and contribute to all staff meetings and training scheduled to other related activities.
Submit monthly MIS to Operation Manager
Inventrory of all Hk materials
