Job Title: Senior Executive - Performance Marketing (Google Ads)

Role Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
- Perform keyword research, write ad copy, and manage bidding strategies.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage a monthly advertising budget of at least 1 crore.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven experience managing ad campaigns with a monthly budget of at least 1 crore.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent understanding of Google Ads platform, tools, and metrics.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Work Schedule:

- First 6 months: Monday - Friday (in-office), Saturday (Work From Home)
- After 6 months: Monday - Friday (in-office), Weekends off
- Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
