**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and optimize **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**, and **LinkedIn Ads** campaigns.
- Conduct detailed **keyword research** and develop ad strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics using **Google Analytics**, **Meta Business Suite**, and **LinkedIn Campaign Manager**.
- Optimize **ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages** to improve conversion rates.
- Perform **A/B testing** for ad copy, targeting, and placements to boost campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and allocate budgets efficiently, ensuring **cost-effective ad spending**.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as **CTR, CPC, ROAS**, and **Conversion Rate**.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in **PPC advertising** and **digital marketing**.
- Prepare and present **weekly and monthly performance reports** with actionable insights.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns.
- **Platform Expertise**: Proven skills in **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads**, and **LinkedIn Ads**.
- **Analytical Tools**: Proficiency in **Google Analytics**, **Google Tag Manager**, and **Facebook Pixel**.
- **SEO & SEM Knowledge**: Strong understanding of keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- **Technical Skills**: Experience with **UTM tracking**, **conversion tracking**, and **remarketing** strategies.
- **Communication**: Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
