**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Call-Only, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize performance.
- Create compelling ad copy and visuals to improve CTR.
- Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies effectively.
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and formats.
- Track and report results using Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Stay updated on Google Ads trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams.
- Troubleshoot tracking and conversion issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with PPC automation, scripts, and bid strategies.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Skilled in ad copywriting and landing page optimization.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other PPC platforms.
- Knowledge of eCommerce advertising (e.g., Google Shopping, Performance Max).
- Familiarity with Google Data Studio for reporting and dashboards.
- Experience in Remarketing and Display Advertising strategies.
