Job Description: Google AdWords Executive
Position Overview:
As a Google AdWords Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns to drive online traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate leads or sales for our organization. You will work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop effective advertising strategies and implement them through Google AdWords.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Create, monitor, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to ensure they align with business objectives and deliver optimal results.
2. Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for campaign targeting and optimization.
3. Ad Creation: Develop compelling ad copy and creative materials to maximize click-through rates (CTRs) and conversions.
4. Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and provide a seamless user experience.
5. Budget Management: Monitor campaign budgets and bids to ensure efficient allocation of advertising spend and maximize return on investment (ROI).
6. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
7. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad variations, landing pages, and targeting options to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
8. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and best practices to stay informed and implement effective strategies.
9. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest Google AdWords features, updates, and industry developments, and leverage them to enhance campaign performance.
10. Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align campaign strategies and achieve marketing objectives.
11. Optimization Strategies: Identify opportunities for campaign optimization, including audience targeting, ad scheduling, and bid adjustments, to improve campaign performance.
12. Conversion Tracking: Implement and monitor conversion tracking mechanisms to accurately measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
13. Performance Recommendations: Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance, including ad copy revisions, landing page enhancements, and audience targeting refinements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
- Experience in managing Google AdWords campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Proficient in keyword research tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data to drive optimization strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Google AdWords certification is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
