**Admissions Counseling**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to assess their goals and provide guidance on program selection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students and parents to enhance enrollment and retention rates.
- Organize and conduct information sessions, webinars, and workshops to promote the institute's programs.

**Follow-Ups and Communication**:

- Track and manage communication records to ensure timely follow-ups and personalized interactions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and scholarships.

**Course Coordination**:

- Collaborate with faculty to design and update course curricula based on industry trends and student needs.
- Schedule classes and manage logistics, ensuring all materials and resources are available for students and instructors.
- Monitor and evaluate course delivery, collecting feedback to continuously improve the learning experience.

**Marketing and Outreach**:

- Represent the institute at external events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote programs and build brand awareness.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management regarding admissions trends and course performance.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations in all admissions and course-related activities.

**Team Leadership**:

- Mentor and train junior admissions counselors and administrative staff.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the team to achieve collective goals.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience in admissions counseling and course coordination in the education sector will be preferred.

Strong knowledge of the CAT exam and MBA admissions processes.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
