**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a strategic and creative **Content Strategist** to join our team and drive content initiatives that align with our brand, educate our audience, and support our sales efforts. As a key member of the marketing team, you will develop and oversee content that effectively communicates the benefits, features, and innovations in our hospital furniture solutions to healthcare professionals, institutions, and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals.
- Research industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor positioning to shape relevant content themes.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and sales teams to gather technical information and translate it into clear, compelling content.
- **Digital & Social Media Management**:

- Lead content planning for digital campaigns, including SEO optimization and performance tracking.
- Create and schedule content calendars for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- **Product Launch Support**:

- Develop content for product launches, including product descriptions, user manuals, videos, and FAQs tailored for hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
- **Brand Voice & Messaging**:

- Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all content touchpoints.
- Maintain and refine content guidelines and style guides.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze content performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) and use insights to optimize future content efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation or strategy, preferably in healthcare, B2B, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to technical detail.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Understanding of healthcare industry trends, terminology, and regulatory compliance is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CMS platforms like Wix.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of hospital operations or clinical environments.
- Video scripting or production experience.
